100 Women Who Care Oceanside
On 22 January 2019 Joan Ethier – Chair of 100 Women Who Care Oceanside presented a large cheque to Don Buchner – Executive Director and Founder of Wheels for Wellness Society.
Our History
Wheels for Wellness was the result of Don Buchner taking his wife Thanna to UBC for medical treatments for Vascular Dementia in 1996 and 1997.
Our Mission
The Wheels for Wellness Society provides transportation for residents of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, to and from non-emergency medical appointments.
